Refund Eligibility

• Your claim is initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on certain items:

• Personalized items

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
